We will run on a normal schedule this week with the exception of the 5:15am and 6:15am. We have canceled both morning classes this week. There will also not be any Yoga this evening.
We have a coach filling in for Rich this week. Raphe is a great coach and we hope to see more of him around the gym this summer. He’s home on Christmas break so give him a warm welcome while he helps us out this week.
