7:45pm YOGA (Drop ins for YOGA welcome at $10.00)
Tuesday – 5:15, 6:15am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Wednesday – 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Thursday – 5:15am, 6:15am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Friday – 5:15am, 9:00am, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Saturday – 9:00am
Our Power Athlete Program runs on the following schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 4:30pm
