The WOD will be announced at 6:45pm. Names will be drawn for heat schedule. It will be a classic CrossFit WOD usually short duration and full of numbing intensity. As soon as the last heat finishes we will grill and have drinks. BYOB and meat. Party ends at 10pm.

I am pleased to announce that we are going to hold another combined strength meet on the weekend of October 24 and 25, 2015. This year the meet will be called The Starting Strength Fall Classic. As with last year, the best overall male and female lifter will win a free spot to a Starting Strength Seminar of their choice. New this year is a team division. A team can consist of up to 15 people and the winning team gets a York B&R bar.
Last year’s meets were a success and we are looking forward to even more participants this year. Strength meets are unique in the barbell sports in that the three contested lifts are the squat, press, and deadlift. The judges do not give commands, or participate in the lifts in any way. The meets are great fun and we hope to see you there.
We offer classes at the following times:
Monday – 5:00am, 6:15am, 8am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Tuesday – 5:00, 6:15am, 8am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Wednesday – 5:00am, 6:15am, 8am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Thursday – 5:00am, 6:15am, 8am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Friday – 5:00am, 6:15am, 8am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:45pm
Saturday – 8:00am and 9:00am
Sunday – 12:00am to 2:00pm
