We are pleased to offer our members several programs specifically designed to help them become stronger, faster, more powerful athletes. When you contact us we will discuss your goals and which program may be best for you.
POWER ATHLETE PROGRAM
Our Power Athlete Program is the only one of its kind in the Westminster area. You will learn the basic barbell lifts (squat, press, bench, deadlift and power clean) from the area’s best strength coaches. A program will be developed specifically for you depending on your level of training advancement. You will be coached and your progress will be monitored throughout the entire process. Whether you are new to strength training or an advanced lifter, the Power Athlete Program will make you a stronger, faster, more powerful athlete.

We specialize in athletic development in a variety of sports to include: Football, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Track and Field, Baseball, Field Hockey, and Wrestling. Athletes we have trained are among the area’s best high school athletes and many have went on to play at the highest levels of athletics.
Our CrossFit program is one of our most popular programs. We apply a basic linear progression strength program and layer it with CrossFit conditioning to keep you as strong as possible and able to tackle any job or challenge life throws at you. Like our other programs, our CrossFit program does not require you to be “in shape” to start. We will adjust the program to accommodate your level of fitness from day one. WOMEN’S ONLY STRENGTH PROGRAM
Our women’s strength program is the area’s first and only strength program FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN. This program is designed to introduce women to the major barbell lifts in a FUN, SUPPORTIVE and ENCOURAGING atmosphere. The program is lead and coached by Starting Strength Coach Nicole Rutherford. The Powerful Women Program meets twice a
week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Participants utilize the major barbell lifts (squat, press, deadlift, bench press, and Olympic lifts) to lose body fat, GAIN confidence, build strength, increase bone mass and become STRONG, confident women. ONE ON ONE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING
For those interested in personalized programming and individualized coaching we offer a variety of packages. Rates are reduced if you have a training partner or small group (individualized training for up to 3 individuals). Work with a coach to develop a program designed to reach your goals. This is perfect for those wanting the privacy of one on one coaching, athletes looking to improve performance with personally designed professional programs, and those with specific performance goals.
STARTING STRENGTH PROGRAM
We offer a variety of options for those interested in the Starting Strength Program. With 5 ertified Starting Strength Coaches (SSC) on staff, you can book 2 hour sessions to learn the major lifts (Squat, Press, Bench Press, Deadlift and Power Clean). We also offer reduced rates for multiple sessions and maintenance sessions to ensure proper technique is maintained over time.
Taught by the areas best Yoga instructor and mobility experts (Leah Spencer), this program is tailored for the athlete. Leah strength trains like an athlete and she brings that knowledge to her mobility work. You will not find a better instructor who understands what you do on a daily basis in the gym to find potential problems and correct them before they become an issue. The CFR mobility program is the perfect addition to your athletic pursuits. Drop in on Sundays from 12 to 2pm.
