February 5th We are closing the 8 and 9am. The lights are flickering at the gym currently and I’m guessing we will not have power for long. Lots of trees coming down so I would stay home if you can.  As long as we have power we will be open for normal evening hours.

We will be open tonight 3 February from 4:30pm to 6pm. Open gym format. You can come anytime between those hours to lift and WOD. You MUST be finished at 6pm so our late coach can get on the road in the event they freeze tonight. It’s a partner WOD so find a partner!
